“Jung observed that most of the neurosis, the feeling of fragmentation, the vacuum of meaning, in modern lives, results from this isolation of the ego-mind from the unconscious… If we try to ignore the inner world, as most of us do, the unconscious will find its way into our lives through pathology: our psychosomatic symptoms, compulsions, depressions, and neuroses.”

Therapy is a collaborative process. My goal is to guide you toward a greater understanding of your inner self and to enhance your mental well-being. When based on safety and trust, the client-therapist relationship is a catalyst for insight and connection to both the inner and outer worlds. I want to help you translate those insights into meaningful change, to empower you, enrich and transform your life experience, relationships, and how you navigate the world.
Pivotal life moments such as relationship struggles, professional change, loss, periods of stagnation, or the effects of past trauma can make it difficult to pursue the life we want for ourselves. Trauma can reveal itself unexpectedly, presenting as unfamiliar emotions, numbness, or pain. All of these may be impacting daily decisions and interactions, and can lead to the need for support.
Each client and therapist relationship is different. I foster an atmosphere of safety and trust where clients can express their beliefs, experiences, and feelings without judgment.
My approach is holistic, bringing together the thinking mind, the somatic body, and the spiritual healing aspects in the therapeutic setting. I incorporate somatic practices to help you connect with your nervous system and better understand your body’s messages, unlocking trauma, stress, and old patterns. By tuning into the body’s signals, we can connect clearly to our intuition. Intuition nurtures a sense of empowerment and self-trust. Together we process all this information and apply it intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually toward a more fulfilling connected life experience.

I am a licensed psychotherapist practicing in Los Angeles. I received my master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. After completing my education, I was a Clinical Director at a mental health and addiction treatment center where I worked with teens and their families.
At the treatment center, I specialized in addiction therapy and crisis work with adolescents struggling with self-harm, suicidal ideation, childhood trauma, substance use cravings, gender dysphoria, and complicated family dynamics. In addition to individual and family work, I led group therapy for adolescents, where my goal was to create a safe space for sharing, relating, and healing through a sense of belonging.
I am solely focused on my private practice. My areas of focus and expertise include but are not limited to relationship dynamics, emotional and sexual intimacy, life purpose, life dissatisfaction, stress, anxiety, panic, depression, life transitions, grief, family dynamics, adolescents, and addiction.

Common questions
Consultation
Please schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs, previous experiences with therapy, background, and any questions/concerns. We will determine if we are a good fit and schedule our first session. The relationship between client and therapist is unique and intimate. It is most important to find the right match for you. I will provide referrals to other resources or clinicians if necessary.
Fees
My fee for 50-minute individual sessions is set at a standard rate, while multi-person sessions are priced higher. If necessary, I can offer sliding-scale options to establish a long-term fee that is sustainable for you. We will discuss all fee details during our consultation.
Frequency
Typically, I meet with clients once a week. Once we’ve established initial treatment and goals have been met, we can discuss biweekly, monthly, or less frequent sessions. I work open-ended and check in regularly to ensure our time together is fulfilling.
How long will I be in therapy?
Every person’s journey in this process is different. We may work together for 6 months to tackle a specific set of goals or spend a couple of years traveling through different life stages, challenges, and successes. We will collaborate on a plan that feels right for you.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance; however, I can give you a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider before starting therapy to verify your coverage.
